• These Terms outline the rules and responsibilities for using any product or service sold or distributed by SimpleDevelopments. By purchasing, downloading, or using our content, you agree to everything outlined below.

I. Product Rights & Usage License

🔒 Ownership

• All products sold within SimpleDevelopments allow you access to a usage license, meaning you are allowed to "use" the product. This license doesn't grant you permissions ownership of the product themselves.

🎯 Usage Rights

• When you make a purchase, you're granted a personal or commercial license to use the Materials in your FiveM or related game server projects. The license is:

• You can transfer to another user (Through the support of SimpleDevelopments)

  • You will lose rights to use the resource unless repurchased through our store.

• You are not allowed to give it to other users without permissions from SimpleDevelopments.

• You are not allowed to resell our products.

II. Restrictions & Protection of Work

🚫 Not Permitted (Unless Approved in Writing):

• Repackaging, reuploading, leaking, or distributing our products to others

• Modifying, decoding, or reverse-engineering our code

• Creating new products or systems derived from our Materials

• Removing SimpleDevelopments branding or credits

• Any of the above without express written permission is a direct violation and will result in the immediate termination of your license.

III. Server & Community Usage

🌐 Server Implementation

• SimpleDevelopments products are mainly designed to work with FiveM Standalone servers. Ability to use within servers (Private / Public) are allowed as long as you follow the ToS regarding usage.

🚫 Distribution to Third Parties

• You’re not allowed to share, distribute, or sell the product to server teams, friends, or any other individuals unless we’ve approved it. Public access via leak sites, GitHub, forums, or Discord servers will result in an instant ban from all future purchases.

IV. Payments, Refunds & Disputes

💳 Payment Process

• Purchases must be made through SimpleDevelopments’ official store or trusted payment processors. Attempts to bypass or manipulate payment processes will be treated as violations.

💲 Currency & Fees

• All pricing is listed in USD. Any currency exchange fees or transaction costs are your responsibility.

💼 Refund Policy

• You have 5 days from purchase to request a refund.

• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed based on usage (e.g., download history, modifications).

• Excessive refund requests or refund abuse may lead to account bans.

🚨 Chargebacks

• Chargebacks without prior contact are strictly prohibited. They result in:

• Immediate revocation of access to all products

• Blacklisting from SimpleDevelopments

• Potential legal action if fraud is suspected

V. Product Support & Custom Development

🛠 Support Terms

• We offer support for actively maintained products at our discretion. Support does not cover:

• Outdated releases

• Custom-modified versions

• Conflicts caused by third-party edits

• Disclaimer: Our Support team is 100% volunteer. We are not 100% obligated to assist with any script errors you may have / encounter.

🔐 Code Access

• Some files may be provided in locked or obfuscated formats to protect our intellectual property. Editing may be restricted, and decryption is not allowed. Contact us before purchasing if you need to verify access levels.

VI. Warranty, Risk & Futureproofing

• All products are delivered “as-is”. We do not guarantee:

• Bug-free operation

• Compatibility with all frameworks or server environments

• Permanent support for every version

📉 Liability Limitations

• We’re not responsible for issues that arise from using our products — including data loss, server disruptions, or other indirect damage.

⏳ Product Lifespan

While we aim for long-term support, we do not guarantee product functionality beyond 3 years from the purchase date, due to the evolving nature of FiveM and platform APIs.

VII. Account Status, Violations & Enforcement

🔐 Access Termination

• SimpleDevelopments reserves the right to revoke your access to any and all products without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated

• You’re found in breach of our license (e.g., participating in leak communities)

• Refund/chargeback abuse is detected

⛔ Blacklisting

• Accounts involved in repeated or serious violations may be blacklisted permanently. This prohibits future purchases and access to support.

📜 Terms Updates

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products means you accept the latest version.

VIII. Privacy & Third-Party Tools

🔍 Data Use

• Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Using our services implies consent to this policy.

🧩 Third-Party Dependencies

• Our products may rely on integrations (e.g., Discord APIs, FiveM natives). SimpleDevelopments is not liable for downtime or functionality issues caused by external tools.
